The Affiliates National Committee is offering a number of group members the chance to attend the 2011 Umbrella Conference "New Structures, New Technologies, New Challenges - How Can We Adapt To an Age of Austerity?" at the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield Campus, from 12 – 13 July 2011.
How to Apply For a Sponsored Place
If you would like to attend Umbrella 2011, write and let us know in approximately 200 words why you should be sponsored.
All winners are expected to write a follow up article for our newsletter on their experiences at the conference.
The prize will include full residential registration including one night’s accommodation and a chance to attend the Gala Dinner in Sopwell House.
Please e-mail a statement of your reasons wanting to attend the Umbrella Conference to Richard Talbot at rgtalbot@qinetiq.com by Tuesday 12th April 2011.
